Alongside the yoga practice, prenatal yoga classes are a special place to meet and connect with other mothers & mothers to be in your community, building long-lasting friendships and support. At the beginning of each class, there is set time for a check in chat among each other. This can take 10 mins or sometimes longer but it is such an important time to share experience and wisdom with each other. Building your momma community support system.

“My experience taking the prenatal 6-week course has been nothing short of amazing! I really enjoy the atmosphere created by Annie, she helps to make the class about more than just the postures. It’s a truly safe and comfortable environment and a great way to connect with other mamas! I am so grateful for her dedication and commitment to yoga and teaching.” ~ Jenna ~
“I was new to Squamish, new to impending motherhood, and new to yoga when I started attending prenatal yoga with Annie. Those evenings with others mommies-to-be were wonderful for the body and the mind, as Annie knew exactly what needed stretching or extra attention as our bellies grew and her gentle, nurturing style was comforting in those months when everything was changing. I really enjoyed getting to know other local mamas in the same boat, and many of our babies now get to play together during Mom & Baby yoga classes, which has been so much fun!” ~ Pamela ~
